Lovely, so sad to loose the friends who formed our lives. I remember queuing at the post office to cash a cheque because it took 2 weeks to clear and the shame of having my bank card taken off me by the manager of Midland Bank in Liverpool. My son is a bass player - he looks like you in 1996!
Oh god, that feeling. I remember my mum having the doors shut on her in a Midland and being walked into the bank manager’s office to discuss her overdraft. Also, bassists are the chosen ones.
